A repeat of last night. Prosciutto di Parma, fresh mozzarella, tomato, and fresh basil leaves dressed with oil, vinegar, and spices on seeded semolina Italian bread.

The chicken soup was flat tasting. No salt but at least the Chinese noodles were great.
I added salt to the water that cooked them. I had chocolate chip cookies ( 4 ).
All the grand kids were down the shore for the whole past week, and they all have colds and congestion.
The soup will come in handy now.

Beef tenderloin medallions with chimichurri and grilled baby bok choy.
The medallions were small, each only about 2 1/2 ounces. We each only ate 1 of them and put the rest in the fridge for lunch. I think we ate too much ice cream this afternoon!

I have two big salmon fillets.
I'll cut one into smaller , air fry it, then have a salad mix.

We are having beef ribs, braised with onions gravy. Corn on the cobb.
