My pickles are done, so I made bao lotus buns.

They had sous vide then sautéed pork belly, pickled daikon and carrot slivers, slices of pickled watermelon rind, hoisin, peanuts, cilantro.

It's one of our favorites.

I have a chunk of pork belly and was thinking of roasting it whole. Did you slice yours raw and fry it like thick bacon?

Once again the pork chops came out superb from the air fryer 😊
I rubbed them (2) with some brown sugar and smoked paprika, in the fryer at 400 for 14 minutes, flipping once.
The vegs are delicious and I love the salad dressing, it tastes very much like poppy seed, only it's got peppercorn.

I’m going to try your pork chops this way. They look great
 
I found a pack of kielbasa dogs made by my favorite brand and grilled them up tonight. Delicious, but the casings are quite tough.

Served with grilled zucchini pizzas (my neighbor gave me half of a zuke that was 4 or 5 inches in diameter).
