We always freeze chili sauce, spaghetti sauce, or things like pizza sauce.
We put the sauce in quart size Ziplock Freezer bags, and just enough so the bag lies flat.
We then can stack them in the freezer. When needed, we just rip open the baggie and take it out and drop it in a pot. If the sauce is allowed to defrost in the bag, it will play heck scraping the sauce that has kinged to the sides of the baggie.

So far, we are thinking making personal pizza pies using whole wheat pita breads for the crusts.
My preferred topping would be anchovies ....... IF...... that is IF, I can get past the dagger eye's from Tina mommy. ("That's what I name her when she acts like she's my Mommy!" )

I bought a new low carb pasta called “Carbe Diem” 55% less carbs and high protein. I’m going to make that with shrimp and pesto.

I saw the brand on FB and have wondered about it. What shape did you get?

These are the pizza crust I’m using and like them a lot.

I've seen these in the specialty section at both Walmart and Chief Supermarket.
