It was excellent and her baby brassica was as well.
My pickles are done, so I made bao lotus buns.
They had sous vide then sautéed pork belly, pickled daikon and carrot slivers, slices of pickled watermelon rind, hoisin, peanuts, cilantro.
It's one of our favorites.

I cooked the entire thing sous vide first. Then I freeze it in slices. When I’m ready to use it, I just thaw what I need and brown it up in a skillet.I have a chunk of pork belly and was thinking of roasting it whole. Did you slice yours raw and fry it like thick bacon?

I’m going to try your pork chops this way. They look greatOnce again the pork chops came out superb from the air fryer 😊
I rubbed them (2) with some brown sugar and smoked paprika, in the fryer at 400 for 14 minutes, flipping once.
The vegs are delicious and I love the salad dressing, it tastes very much like poppy seed, only it's got peppercorn.

Sonic Pickle FriesLee, this one’s for you. We are sitting in a restaurant and ordered pickle fries. I’ve never seen them done this way. Cut up like French fries, then battered and fried. Excellent!

The pictures have been brightened, not the best quality, but you get the idea. The cucumber salad is spicy hot, but good. She even cut back on the pepper.We are having korean beef, pre packaged from Costco, i believe.
