What are you eating Sunday, 5/25/2025 to Saturday, 5/31/2025?

I'll be making what Saliha had for dinner yesterday.
Pasta with ground beef in tomato sauce, bell pepper and zucchini.

I've got a chicken spinning on the rotisserie and a pot of beans in the oven. I'll make a couple of baked taters in the air fryer too. Earlier, I made some potato salad to have with tomorrow's meal. DH requested, "hot dogs" and keep it simple. He's the vet with friends to remember, so he gets to choose.
 
Grilled hot dogs on warm brioche buns, red potato salad and a repeat performance from baked beans. DH, snatched his plate to add kraut to his dogs. Maybe we'll have some of the birthday cake ice cream I made earlier this week for MIL's 90th b'day...after our meal settles maybe there will be room. :unsure:

topped with two slices of melted American cheese,
iceberg lettuce, tomato, red onion, dill pickles, ketchup,
mustard, and mayonnaise all on a toasted bakery-style bun."
"Monsterella" Stix w/ Marinara for Dipping ...
(There was only ONE slice of cheese, and the Bacon had a
a mouth feel like it was cooked at breakfast... Dry cold
Burgers... They handed me my bag exactly four minutes
after I ordered ...I won't be back)

Today was Dr. Day for the both of us. Tina had an empanada, and she got sick from it.
I cooked some fish ( flounder ) in the fry pan with butter.DD grilled Zucchini and asparagus.
I ate cherries and grapes for dessert. I'm back on my lose weight diet now; especially since I got my @$$ kicked by the Dr. and Tina. All 270 Lbs. of it.

The last time we went to Checkers, everything was so salty we couldn't eat it. We haven't been back, and it's been about 20 years.
