Yes it is. I added a nice amount of ground red pepper flakes.

Went into town to the new
Hy-Vee. This place has everything! Picked up some choice reserve dry aged ribeyes. They are taking a bath and then seared on the grill.

We love the 30 day dry aged steaks at Hy-vee. $30.00/lb but we feel it was worth it, on occasion. We will buy them again. Salad with Steamed veggies.

I had a hotdog and a beer at the Kraken game. On my way to my seat I had to go down steep steps, my hips hurt, lost my balance and fell down. Luckily I fell up the steps rather than down. I managed not to lose the hotdog and my beer can wasn’t opened yet. I’ll be sore tomorrow.

I thought you had to be old and senile to trip up the steps.
