Yep, right from the tank. Some farmers leave a pitcher out to get filled when the semi comes to get the milk.

Yeah they do seem a bit dry. That might be my fault because I threw it in the cast iron pan for to long… but I’ll buy them again.

When I was going to Winona State one class I took did a field trip to a state of the art dairy farm. At the end of the tour we all got a glass of fresh, ice cold milk. It was the best I’ve had. I still love milk.

Crawfish Magnifique from Chef Paul Prudhomme over a mirliton. It's really just a slightly fancied up etouffee. First time we ever tried this recipe, but per Craig we will be replacing our normal etouffee from Justin Wilson with this one. He ate 3 mirliton halves with the etouffee over them. My bowl in the picture has 1. Apparently, he really liked this.
