It has been a long time since I had a Banquet Salisberry Steak TV Dinner.

Butter shrimp over rice, I used Patak's jarred sauce for butter chicken.
I salvaged some snow peas from the crisper, and sauteed those with garlic, cilantro and ginger.

Nancy made a sauce from our Cherokee purple tomatoes we had frozen and added the last of the pork sausage and some Mama Leone’s meatballs. The Barilla GF spaghetti is excellent and can’t tell the difference from the wheat product.
Dan's Red Lobster the other day has me wanting it now.
I may go up to Toledo today and stop in, then shop at the mega Kroger store 😊

I had an early supper of leftover spaghetti and meatballs since I won’t eat anything at the game.

Had a cheese pizza for this Lenten Friday. I think I found this one in the refrigerated section (not frozen), near the deli. It was new to me.
I'm kind of a pizza snob and this one was quite good (I doctored a bit). Very thin crust, chewy edges, just a little sauce. I'd get it again, a meat one, if I can find it.
This is enough for two people.

I have a styrofoam container of the dinner I had at the restaurant last night, with 3 tortillas.
