Yes, it’s to salty for me and buy the 25% Reduced Sodium product now.
I'm not going to make a habit of it lol
I used to love utilizing Velveeta ,
Maybe it's my palate, but it's just So-o-o Salty now...

I never liked velveeta, to me it was like pretend cheese. Maybe cuz I’m a cheesehead lol. I’d make a roux with cheddar first! 😂
Although I had some velveeta melted with spicy sausage and a can of rotel and it was pretty good for a dip.
I ordered Chinese tonight- Egg Foo Young,

In the SF Bay area, We are finally getting some

I made some tiny Greek meatballs with ground lamb, garlic, oregano, thyme, etc. Made a batch of tzatziki, and piled them all in a pita with diced tomato and slivered onions. Kind of like a gyro, but with meatballs instead of slices.

My Sweetie is developing a cold or something… so I made chicken vegetable soup. I just made it up as I went. In the soup is:
Chicken broth
Cubed chicken breast
Carrot
Celery
Sweet onion
Mushrooms
Sweet corn
Snap peas
Green beans
Cubed red potatoes
Chopped garlic and seasoning

Overcooked brown (burned tasting) scrambled eggs (I asked for soft scrambled), bacon in a puddle of grease, tasteless home fries, and soggy toast.
Decided on tomato basil soup and grilled Swiss sandwich for dipping.
I've got Chex Mix w/ cashews for snacking on later.
