I made a yeast raised waffle batter the night before. We had waffles with Butter and syrup. Coffee for a beverage.

Empathy pains for you Johnny............

I was on South Beach for over a year in 2004 / 2005 - Lost almost fifty pounds, but suffered greatly.............

Actually went under 200 for a heartbeat............ Then I made the BIG mistake and bought a new suit.... BOOM !

This didn't start as a weightless program but for joint improvement and allergy concerns. Right now I'm stuck on 280 and will have to cut back on portions. Fruit and eggs are about all I eat for breakfast now. We only have sugar free bacon about once a week and I'll have to grind up some more sausage soon.

We usually go out for breakfast on Sundays. Went to a chain called First Watch for our third visit. I had pork belly with Bob's Red Mill grits, 2 eggs, ciabatta toast, and lightly dressed salad greens, with iced coffee to drink. They lean toward the healthy side but do have some pretty decadent things, like my food this morning and lemon ricotta pancakes with crystallized lemon peel and lemon curd in between the 2 plate sized pancakes...

My son made an omelet for Elijah Wood the other day. He was doing some breakfasts for the Sundance crowd.

It's been busy here - yesterday we had doctors appointments then went to the Little Park Cafe for breakfast. I had the chicken fried steak and it was excellent.
