Sunday February 25 - Saturday March 2 What's on the plates, mates?

I've wondered if these things are worth it. Sounds as if they are, even without a coupon.

Its a lot of food. There were at least 10 different grilled meats brought around on rotisserie skewers. Swai fish. 3 styles of chicken, Smokey bacon, garlic Parmesan, and sweet/spicy. Chicken hearts. Lamb. Ham. Pork. 4 styles of beef, tenderloin, pichana, tri-tip, I forget the fourth. Grilled sausages. Grilled pineapple. I think that’s everything. You eat until they need a wheelbarrow to roll you out.

There are also soups, side dishes, breads, and a huge salad bar. Dessert, of course, but that is extra. Normally it’s $48, but with the coupon it was $36 each. It was a whole lot of food for the money.

We have a big Brazilian population in my area, so I'm game to try it!

Yes, lots of recipes on the web and she has made it before but tonight she is using the ATC recipe.
Needed more rice.

We’ve eaten here in Provo and Boise and I wasn’t disappointed.

Jeffrey is on his way to have dinner with me.
This quiche is bursting at the seams.
I followed a recipe on Food.com.
Said use 5 eggs and 3/4c of milk, bake 350 for 45 minutes.
The recipe was kind of nowhere, so I just added my own ingredients.
Spinach, mushrooms, onions, some nutmeg and a cheddar cheese blend.
I took a pic of it, then one of the slices I have plated.
Not eating yet.
I don't like my quiche hot anyway, or even warm for that matter.
