Sunday February 25 - Saturday March 2 What's on the plates, mates?

Good stuff!

These burgers are seasoned with savory Monterey seasoning. They are very lean.
I decided to serve two over butter lettuce with Gorgonzola cheese. The French style green beans are Del Monte, with onion, garlic and red pepper.
The only thing is, I wish I would have had yellow squash instead, that would have made a prettier presentation, and colour combination.
It sure tastes good together though.

Leftover wings and a side of a roasted Brussels sprouts and chickpeas recipe that Lora posted last summer.

I didn't care for it, which is odd since I like all the ingredients - just didn't like them all together. Bummer - sorry, Lora!

Some friends of ours were in town from
Chicago, so 6 of us went to the Brazilian Strakhouse in Sarasota. I had a coupon for buy one get one at half price, good for up to 6 people. It was lots of fun and WAY too much food. I feel like I had a meat overload. No pictures because we all got too fat to fit in the frame.🤣

I've wondered if these things are worth it. Sounds as if they are, even without a coupon.

I decided on the lobster cakes.
These are delicious.
The instructions on the box said to prepare in the oven, at 400 for 16 minutes.
I chose to do them in the frying pan, in a little olive oil.
Chopped Caesar salad on the side.
I did put a little Ray's secret sauce on them, it's great! A little spicy with horseradish.
