Happy New Year everyone-So sorry about all the snow and Ice
most of you are going through. I haven't been cooking very
much DD been pretty much doing everything around here.
Now, we are both on different diets Crystal w/her Celiac is on A.I.P.
I'm on Keto. Todays Lunch - Fillet Mignon, Asparagus and fruit.

It was good but we thing the mushroom sauce she insisted add in over powered the beer but it was still very good.

Last time ; 15 minutes @ 400... Flipped half-way thru - Medium Rare....
This time ; 19 minutes @4oo ... no flip - Medium

Lucky, are the wings smoked? If so, they are EXCELLENT in a mess of greens. Better than ham hocks, IMO, as they are neither as fatting or as salty.

I have Johnsonville chicken apple sausages. I'll make those, Spanish rice and lima beans.

Honey garlic pork chop, perfectly pink, with leftover risotto. I freshened up the risotto with slivered black garlic. Since it was leftover, it tightened up a bit, but the black garlic really added something.

Legs and wings are my favorite part of the Turkey besides the giblets. I have an olde enamel ware roasting pan and roast them in that Like you would do iit were a whole bird. When Imwas living alone I used to get legs and fix that way for myself.

Tonight is is leftover Steak and Guinness here.

We are off to Target to get DD her own cooking utensils. I bought her,
her own toaster yesterday (designated for Gluten free only).

No, that one was just cooked in a skillet. I have 3 sous vide pieces of equipment, so may of my other dishes are cooked that way.
