My first steak in my new Home. Filet Mignon. Fork tender! Yum.! My side dish was fantastic. I Grilled Onions & Celery, Tossed in Mushrooms, then tossed in my baby Lima's I had left from the other day. I loved it. Added a slice of Tomato for a little color. My best meal i've made in my new Home.

Nice sunny day here in Joplin Missouri. 65 degrees But- We have been forecast to have only 2 days, rain free in the next 14 days. (I'll be out back building my Ark)

One of my favorite Breakfasts' Chipped Beef over toast, & a glass of Milk. I bet I haven't drank a glass of Milk for over a year. I must of forgot how good it taste, My second glass, in two days.

I made myself a super Salad. Ham, Avocado, Onion, Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives Tomato, Salad Peppers- Blue Cheese Dressing.& a Coke.

2 Eggs ( I'm just getting use to this electric Stove) Eggs came out Krispy with yoke- Actually pretty tasty, Potato's and onions, Pineapple & a glass of Milk.

Fried Ham, Fried Potatoes & Lima Beans.

Tomato Soup, and Ham Sandwich. Glass of Milk.

I used to have a 3 tier Compost bin in the backyard, I would buy them little red Wigglers. They made great soil- NOW. I've seen them electric Home composters, a little expensive. Does anybody here have one? If so-tell me If you like it, is it worth the money- The Brand and Price Please.

This is a first- Worth $2. I grabbed the wrong one- I thought I had the Biscuit & Gravy one. But this one is ok too. This is really fast food. Poke hole, Microwave 2 minutes, take it out, stir- MW 1 more minute. EAT!

Left overs. I'm going to put Chili over an Enchilada, and add some Pickled sliced Jalapenos. Glass of Milk.

I've been over cooking lately. I enjoy filling my freezer with food, I can heat up later. SPICY CHILI TONIGHT- I made 6QTs.

It seems a good amount of the furniture I bought, has to be put together. So Stouffer's Tonight & a Salad.

Tonight I will be enjoying a Salad w/Blue cheese, Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives, Tomato, Ham, Cheddar Cheese. I turned my Rotisserie Chicken, into Chicken & Rice. a Beer for a Beverage.

Hi everyone- I bought an an RV, put 5K miles on it- California to Pennsylvania to visit Lucky. Coming back, I stopped n Joplin Missouri and Bought a brand new 3 Bedroom House on 3/4 acre. I made a very tasty Roast Beef with potato's & Mushrooms.
