Left over Chinese from yesterday. I added brown gravy over everything. Egg drop soup & Milk.

Mandarin Combination plate, Came with soup & pork egg roll.

I made a nice Salad, & had Chef Boyardee prep My noodles & Sauce. Glass of Milk.

I added more broth & veggies to my Chinese Soup. Chicken, mushrooms, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, Spinach & green onion.

Salad, Mash W/Gravy, jr. whopper & a Coke.

I have no appetite lately. I boiled down a Chicken quarter, and made a Chinese Soup.

Hamburger Steak, mash W/ Gravy, Cherry tomatoes, garlic stuffed olives & a Coke.

I had to take Bestie, my. New puppy to Veterinarian. Rabies shots. Everything here in Missouri way cheaper than Ca. Every time I go to the Vet in Ca. $100. Today $38. Wendy’s for dinner. 3 tenders, & Medium Chocolate Frosty.

I had a package of real lean hamburger meat. I made the smallest hamburger yesterday. Today’s hamburger will feed me tomorrow too. I also made a melody of Mushrooms, Onion, & Spinach. Cranberry Juice for beverage.

The Beverage for the evening-Crown Royal. I’ve been gaining to much weight, I also have Too many left overs in my freezer. Oyster Stew & Vegetable Beef Soup.

Taco Tuesday- Small Burrito shredded pork, cheese sauce. Steak enchiladas.rice beans, chops and a Coke.
