I'm making One-Pot Turkey Skillet Pie but I'll use Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix instead of the one in the recipe. Leftovers for mom tomorrow.

Last night was a tofu, egg, cauliflower, and cheddar cheese stir fry which I had none. Tonight was the leftovers but Nancy added ham. I spiced it up with Louisiana Hot Sauce and pepper. No complaints.

Nancy made a huge batch of tuna and noodles, some for quilt guild and two bowls for us, one for supper, and one for the freezer.

I'm going to have popcorn while watching either Antiques Road Trip or Bleak House BBC both on Tubi.

Tonight’s tuna and noodles loaded with pepper and Louisiana Hot Sauce. Needed bread and butter. We are still eating our home canned tuna.
