This time, they added scallops to mine
We had a little pre-Christmas gathering.

ETA-- Jeff is allergic to Charlotte.

I've got the stuff to make homemade tostadas, so maybe that- if not a chicken and kale salad.
I air fried some Koch chicken strips, then had a Taylor Farms mini kale/cabbage salad on the side.
Pretty much no effort.
I'll have some Lofthouse cookies later.
A lot of people don't care for them.
I love them. Kinda cakey and thick lol

I’m baking some pre made Italian meatballs from WinCo, penne rigate pasta, and my leftover marinara. I’ll make a meatball sandwich, as well.

I added another pasta to make enough. It was in Italian - rigatoni? The pre made meatballs from WinCo were excellent, baked and made house smell like an Italian restaurant.
Steak tostadas today.

Well, today is our 53rd wedding anniversary and I will be grilling filet mignon with a baked potato on the side. There will also be some assorted cheeses and olives from Metropolitan Market. Not sure about dessert yet.
