🌹 Still trying to get it right.
Had linguine and homemade meatballs and tomato sauce.
Side Note: I bought fresh basil, oregano, and parsley. Washed and dried them. Then put in the mini food processor and chopped them coarsely. Placed in a zip top bag and then into freezer. I now have chopped herbs, garlic, and onions in the freezer ready to go whenever I need them. Saves my fingers/hands a bit of pain.
I also have home seasoned bread crumbs (includes herbs, spices, and grated Italian cheese) ready to go in the freezer.

It was ok. There was no flavor. I think I like the Boca burgers better

Supper was the last of the meatballs and spaghetti squash, and the last piece of rhubarb pie was dessert.
Big salad today!
I love eggplant too!Eggplant parm, noodles and a salad. Cuz DH LOVES eggplant. Me, ehhhh....but the parm makes it good!

Tuna salade sandwich’s are on for supper. Wish I had some potato chips….

I used the lower carb chicken nuggets, red onion, feta crumbles, craisins, walnuts and baby spinach .
I was going to add boiled egg too, but this was fine.

That's what I had last night - no chicken, but HB egg and fresh mushrooms. I thought I took a picture of it, but when I went to post it, it was gone.
