I tried a bit of an experiment...I took 1/2 of a chicken, brined it and then dredged it in some flour(s) and spices...followed by a spin on the rotisserie. Yum! Served it with some pasta and corn. We both enjoyed it and I'll need to make notes in order to repeat in the future!

It is easy to use...and better than cleaning the regular oven after cooking! I think this experiment may be our new favorite chicken!Looks great to me! I have a couple of friends who had a "set it and forget it" rotisserie. They loved it!

Sounds like a Super Bird on a bagel...yum!I stopped at Biggby (this morning)and got a turkey,bacon and cheddar everything bagel.
I'll have that for dinner, reheated in the microwave.

Lee, I'm hoping to go to Walt Churchill's in Toldeo soon and get some lamb chops.Lamb chops were on sale - I pan seared with olive oil, butter, garlic and rosemary. They were just "eh". Not much lamb-y flavor.
Greek salad was excellent and the bourbon barrel-aged Cabernet Sauvignon was perfect!
Now for pj's and a scary movie! Life is good!

Nancy was pleased she didnt have to cook…I put a frozen kielbasa on the hob and will add sauerkraut and potatoes later.
Lee, was it American lamb? That is usually mild in flavor. Australian lamb has much more of the 'lamby' flavor.Lamb chops were on sale - I pan seared with olive oil, butter, garlic and rosemary. They were just "eh". Not much lamb-y flavor.
