Lee, I substituted the tahini with peanut butter, added paprika too.
Didn't add any extra salt because the flavour was there.
I used Mission whole wheat pita, even though I have naan which would have worked just fine.
I've got lots left for Saturday dinner, because tomorrow night I'm treating Jules to her belated birthday dinner.

		 Yes, it calls for Velveta, don't knock it if you haven't tried it.  And Cheddar too, recipe says to buy it shredded, but I prefer to shred it myownself.
