Yesterday morning, very early... I wondered what this glowing pink light was in the sky.
I just found out that it's from the greenhouse growing facility in Delta, Ohio.
14 miles from here lol

You know, I go for walks for 3 miles a day. At about 2 and 1/2 miles, the hip pain really kicks in big time. I wonder if I should stop walking for awhile or just shorten my walks. ???

Probably should make a doctor's appt., but I really don't want to know.

I could go to the gym and do the rowing machine, but that's SO boring!

Water therapy is a lot easier on the joints and gives you a better work out using the water as resistance

Today was another life change. I just got back from Costco, bought hearing aids, and get them next week.

My wife got them several years ago, and declared they were great. But she rarely wears them. I now repeat everything several times, just like before. I keep asking, "Where are your hearing aids?".

I can hear out of that ear, just not extremely well.

Ran errands, booked a reservation for dinner at Duke’s on Ruston Way, got tickets to go to the Messiah at St. Charles Borromeo of the evening, and also booked a steelhead trip for Tuesday.

I ran around town all day shopping after a dental appointment this morning, then I managed to take my walk since it was nice - almost 60°!

I didn’t realize this was a Tacoma Symphony performance.

Half the lights on my Christmas tree went out.
I'm not about to try to find which replacement bulb is the one to plug in.
I'll just buy a new tree next year.
Or buy a live tree like Ty has now.

The choir was close to 200 singers and 1000 +- in audience. I had no idea the church was that big. We have friends that attend there.

A friend asked if I could do a Colombo City Tour for his guests on the 11th, and a Galle tour on the 13th. I said I will, and did. It was some under 14 kids and their cricket coaches and the agent. The agent was a very crafty woman. Lol. I tried my best to get the lowest prices for everything, and still she thought I was getting a commission I spent my money several times .
At the end I had spent more than my guide fee.

But I had some experience, mainly about how tough some people can be.
She didn't even give me my snacks sent by the operator . She had shared that too among the group when I was looking in the box

I had to settle for green wire, as the stores had no gray or white wire strands.
Oh well, at least it's merry again.

I got up at 0430, made coffee, and went to friend Jeff’s house. We drove to Kalama and fished with guide/friend Mark. It was a damp cool day on the river and I did well and caught the best steelhead of the year with Mark. Pictures coming…
