I had a salad with Ken’s Balsamic Vinegarette and some meat sauce.
As I was told, the drug for the diabetes is supposed to help produce more insulin to keep blood sugar at a lower reading. When I was in the hospital, they checked my level before I ate, and if it was above 130 dl, They would stick me in the belly with a shot. All I know, is the Dr. said the Trulicity and the pills will lower the numbers. So..... In my mind, I'm thinking Eating what I like once in a while, would be a reward. and if I go overboard, It wont hurt me. I did get weird one night, and everything went black, and I wound up on the floor. and when I woke up, my face was in the carpeting. 10 seconds later, I held on the couch arm to help me get up and walk back to my oxygen hose. Tina watches me, and try's to limit my carbs and sodium, but I sneak the carbs sometimes.Jimmy, I don't understand what this means. Are you able to eat whatever sweets and other carbs that you want now without worrying about it?

I’ve not seen that brand out this way. Looks good!I bought a box of frozen tempura shrimp to try. We LOVED them! Served with a soy/ginger sauce that I made, Success jasmine rice and asparagus. And sake. Ready in minutes and "almost homemade" .
