Today was an empty day. Tina and the kids and grand kids were down her uncles today.
He hit 101 y's/o today. I didn't go. hehehehehe.
I had a Taylor ham, egg and cheese on a Lenders onion bagel for lunch.
Chicken broth and egg noodles for supper.
So, by Empty day, means no one here but the cats, and they were asleep all day.
No tv, no yakity yakity on the phone by others. Just shear peace and quiet.

I just now finished making breakfast for tomorrow. A frittata of eggs, ham, mushrooms, broccoli, and green peppers. I have my tabasco hot sauce ready to splash on mine.

I've been running around like a fool getting all things for my retirement taken care of.
First at the social security office asking them why I had this huge check in my bank account, then to work to tell them hey! guess what? Lol
Seems that when I applied last year, it went through.
Now I really have to watch it, as I'm still going to be working, but not much.

Oh yes, I went to Subway and got a foot long flat bread chicken teriyaki with sweet onion sauce and all the vegs.

I'm doing the same thing! I'm retiring at the end of the year, but I'm taking my SS now because it qiuts growing after you turn 70.

Brisket hash made from some of the leftover brisket Craig smoked a while back that we portioned and froze. Rest of ingredients were chopped red bell, onion, a bit of half sour pickle, some pickle juice and worchestershire, S&P, eggs on top. Besides the fact that I broke my yolk when I flipped my egg, so no bleed, it wasn't a pretty plate, so no picture.
