Tonight was a pasta dish inspired by Jamie Oliver. Nancy used her home grown tomatoes that she dehydrated, we still have fresh thyme in garden, as well. The topping was a but spicy but good.

Not sure what dinner will be. I’ve been going out a lot since Wednesday. Yesterday I met a dear friend I hadn’t seen for 12 years. We went to Wally’s Chowder House….my favorite seafood place. I’m a happy girl now
