Today friends and I will be going to The Shops at Fallen Timbers outlet mall/village.
There are several places to eat there while Christmas shopping.
During the week, I'm going to have to do something with a ham, also planning on making a large batch of taco soup, as well as Swiss Chicken.

DD and I had mashed potatoes, pork gravy and steamed baby spinach for dinner last night.

I may make some home fries, sliced tomato and soft scrambled eggs for breakfast/brunch when DD gets up and feels like eating.

Tonight I am thinking about cheese raviolis for dinner.

I'm slow cooking an 8 lb spiral ham today.
I added the glaze packet, +1/2 c low sodium vegetable broth.
I'm surprised it fit Lol

It is a recipe from Midwest Living Magazine. Search google for Red Cabbage, Apples, and Kielbasa recipe and it will come up. For some reason the magazine search engine is not functioning. She added extra vinegar and maple syrup.

There are meat balls under the sauce, just kind of hard to see them

Lee, it turned out really good.
I've got lots leftover in ziploc bags, both in the fridge for sandwiches and in the freezer.

I used some of the saved glaze/ broth to spoon over my green beans.
The ham doesn't taste overly salty, which is a good thing.
Made plain white rice too.
