What's On The Plates Sunday April 6 - Saturday April 12 2025

I made fried green bell peppers, onions, and eggs last night for today's brunch. Supper was a TV dinner / Swanson's Hungry Man Salisbury Steak.

YUM! I like to add potatoes in there also sometimes.
I always added thin sliced potatoes also, but I omitted them because I used a roll as my carbs on the diabetic diet I have to follow, and I didn't want any DAGGER EYE'S as I enjoyed the meal. Guess Who? ...... The two girls who live with me. I can't even sneak a cookie without DW and DD, and now with my Dexcom G-7 Screeching on my monitor. LOL
 
I've brined some chicken wings and tenders. They are currently seasoned, floured and resting in the fridge. I'll cook them in the oven, high temp, convection setting...or in the 4-in-1 on Air Fry setting. :unsure: We'll have them along with some of yesterday's tater salad and coleslaw. Ta, da!
