Corned beef on seeded sour rye with homemade coleslaw on top and on the side.

About the time we were supposed to get Maddie at school the power went off. We couldn’t get our car out of the underground garage, got ahold of Heather on the road and got the door code (she keeps her keys in the car!) and was able to get her on time. Since there was no cooking we went to Fuego for pizza. I had the the meat lovers on a gluten free crust. Only the edge was burned.

We are in Nampa, Idaho and ate at Mariscos which is the best Mexican restaurant we’ve eaten. Nancy had the chicken fajita and I had Camerones a la Diablo - it was not for the young. The waitron told us everything is made in house and tortillas are made every day. We were the only Anglos in the place.

Our waitron told us everything is made in house and tortillas are made fresh every day. You notice with the fajitas there is no sour cream or guacamole. We were the only Anglos in the place.

That place is excellent. I have relatives in Parma. They brought me there.
