What did you put on/season your potatoes with?
I flanked the Spud with two wooden spoon handles, which keeps the knife from going all the way thru ........... then used my sharpest tool, my cleaver........... went through that Russet like "a Hot Knife Through Butter...."How did you slice that potato so uniformly?
The tomato..... she's marinating in olive oil, with garlic, and oregano.
