The mrs did these Trader Joe’s cod in the oven the oven and it was excellent, the fries, too.

we get some very good samosas from the freezer section at Trader Joe’s. I recommend them.

Asparagus risotto with cured egg yolk grated on top. Parm R fricos.

Cabbage steaks - tonight's dinner. Brush with good olive oil, salt pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, spanish smoked paprika both sides. Small pat of butter for a nice back taste. 40 min @ 350. Loved them.

Lunch was split pea and ham soup that Tina made.

Supper was eggplant and sliced mozzarella; with angel hair spaghetti on the side.

Thank you, LT. The dishes my wife got from Amazon. They are Royal Dalton and come is sets of 6, which she got 12, and each one being a different pattern. She got six charger sized plates and 12 pie size plates, as well. We like them a lot. I don’t know what she did with the old dishes... the chili is very good but can’t say I’m fond of the big chunks of pork. I prefer ground meat or smaller chunks.
