Looks delicious!!
After a spicy Moroccan salade I had the last of this spaghetti squash and three chicken meatballs. The marinara was made from our home grown tomatoes.Tonight is spaghetti squash, marinara, and chicken meatballs on the side.
Chicken & mushrooms - what else but a Willamette pilot noir.Mmmmm, wine.

My favorite redPinot noir
Red snapper is one of my favorite local fish. When I was a young girl, my grandmother used to take me to a restaurant called The Top of The Flame. It was a glass restaurant on top of the gas company building. I always ordered the red snapper. It has been a tough week. One very bright spot was a trip with my friend to the Asian market where I picked up a red snapper. I'd never made a whole fish before, so I wanted to give it a try. Of course, when I put it on the platter and prettied it up, I forgot to snap a pic.

The corn was pretty good for out-of-season. I absolutely love corn with butter and dill. I used fresh here because I had it, but it is also very good with dried dill.Nice job, Kathleen!
You're still eating corn? How was it? What is on there, dill? I love dill and never thought to put it on corn!
