Love the looks of those tomato bites ...I made the chicken breast and pork chop both.
I absolutely love chicken (and now pork chops) prepared this way.
I use olive oil mayo and fresh shredded parm to coat them.
Steamed green beans and baked tomatoes with Parm and basil too.
I had some cocktail tomatoes and figured I'd use a few for this while the oven was still hot.
Didn't leave them in long though, because I was afraid they might get mushy lol
