What's For Dinner -Sunday January 29 - February 4

decided on prime rib for New Year's - - - to get the dry age, had to order in advance, and at the time the dinner head count was somewhere between two and nine. so I got four ribs worth:

which turned out to be a bit much for the final count of four . . .

so I frozed two ribs separately. tonight is prime rib pot roast. I foresee some prime rib chili and perhaps some prime rib beef barley soup in the near future . . .

I had a plain donut for breakfast. Supper will be liverwurst and onion on rye bread with a 1/2 sour pickle
on the side. .... I think it is a no cook today. .... Tina made turkey salad for HERSELF.
I'm not a turkey eating fan; so she can knock herself out, and don't sit near me when she eats it. :yuk:

Pizza for me, as well. We got carry out from Giorgio’s Greek Cafe and Pizzeria in Puyallup. I got the pizza, Matt got a huge gyro and Nancy got lamb souvlaki, plus several appetizers, I don’t know what they were.
My pizza was the Athenian which was spiced beef, fresh mushrooms, onions, and extra cheese, and one of the better pizzas I’ve had of late. I don’t know why we don’t go here more often?
