Today I'll have my favourite evol. meal, with a spinach salad.

I made exactly 9 meatballs from 1lb of ground beef. Brushed them with teriyaki sauce.
Then I thought I had 1/2 head of cabbage in the crisper, but didn't, so I sautéed some cabbage slaw mix in sesame oil.
Honey butter baby carrots on the side.

We had the same thing yesterday. We had Chinese, and the items had different textures and tastes. They had new owners, and I guess that is what happened.

Tonight, we had Codfish cooked in a butter and wine sauce. A small sweet potato with melted butter drizzled on top.
 
Inspired by Sass's cabbage dish, I picked up a package of slaw mix and some green onions. I'm going to make a cheater Mu Shoo Chicken dish. That is, IF I get my kitchen back in time. Oven is currently sitting in the middle of the kitchen, awaiting the repair guy's return with proper parts. Sigh.

I decided to get lunch at Agave.
Good grief this was delicious!
Very nice people working there.
You stand in the order line and they make your meal.
I went for the taco salad in a shell.
There is grilled chicken, cilantro lime rice, queso, lettuce, onion and pico.
Chips and salsa too.
