Nancy and her gf went to quilt show in Salem, OR today and stopped at the McMinniman’s in Kalama for an early supper and are bringing me this… bangers and mash.
Had some leftover spinach with barley, ricotta and a half of a box of jumbo shells. Cooked the shells and at least half of them broke. So I just layered the sauce, shells (and pieces), and seasoned filling. Not a great presentation, but tasty.

Today was vegetable beef soup that Tina made. Just filled up on that, and DD comes over with 2- 16" inch pizza's that were on a special of $26.00 , but only with no toppings.
I was filled up from the soup, and I couldn't eat pizza after that. Now that the soup is digested, I am looking for a snack. LOL.... but not pizza.

Chief has vacuum sealed - fully cooked- smoked chicken breast. I bought one of those.
I'll have that with an asparagus, pea and mushroom risotto and a corn on the cob nibbler.

Yes, they had the rice and cauliflower packages next to each other today. I got the rice.

I had to cut the chicken breast in half, too much for one meal.
I asked Ty how I should reheat smoked chicken without drying it out.
He said microwave for a couple of minutes, covered with a damp clean cloth or paper towel.
The little corn is good. I've got a whole bag in the freezer.
The sprouts look great to me.
