I ended up up making the roast. The veg was leftovers as was the gravy. It was so good!

Friend up from Florida wanted Chinese so we went out. Excellent chow and I paid for most of it with the $100 I won on Keno!

No energy today and I've been wanting to try a new Rao's Lasagna - it is frozen. While I'm a tad skeptical, I do enjoy the Rao's Marinara sauce (read the label!) and keep it in the pantry for recipes that call for same. We'll have a salad and some garlic bread. Whew! I'm exhausted just writing about it.
