What's For Dinner šŸ²šŸ„£ Sunday October 19 - Saturday 25 2025

P.S. I do the veggies more like the picture and less like the "finely chopped" instructions. Just a personal preference.

I had a steak pan fried. "T " bone. It was 1/2 tender, and 1/2 tough as leather. Maybe the cow was kicked in the @$$, and I was the one who got the Kick @$$ piece. I don't know?
Then, the kids came over, and brought pizza. Tina cooked some angel hair spaghetti and meatballs for the kids also. Dessert was apple cider donuts from Martials Creek farms stand.

Today, I'm making chicken with a honey pan sauce and I'm trying a new recipe for Acorn Squash Baked in Butter & Maple Syrup that sounds delicious! I'll likely make a box of Uncle Ben's Wild Rice too. Additionally, I've got some navy beans soaking for tomorrow. I found a new recipe for Killer White Chili that sure looks good. And, as long as I'm soaking beans, I've got a pound of Black-Eyed Peas soaking too. I'll use to make an old favorite recipe for Easy Black-Eyed Peas. One of these will be Tuesday's dinner and the other will be for Wednesday. I just figure, as long as I've got to baby sit a crock pot, might as well baby sit two? :ROFLMAO:

So....the Killer White Chili has good flavors, but the recipe needs some work. The Black-Eyed Peas were wonderful, as usual. Ta-da. Tomorrow's dinner is already done. :ROFLMAO:
