Well this is one of the dumbest things I've ever made, lol

I'm making a version of Chiang Mai Curry Noodles...and a salad with warm peanut dressing. Just sounded good.

I might make chicken broccoli linguine Alfredo today for dinner.
That is, if I feel like doing it.
I worked last night until 7:30 this morning and have barely slept at all since.

Having a porterhouse. steak grilled tonight. Sides to be decided later. Pumpkin pie that DD made for dessert.

Some crazy whim.
I wanted an iced coffee, so I went to Biggby.
Then the lightbulb in my taco brain went off, so there I was, pulling into Taco Bell

I got a chicken cantina burrito, 2 locos tacos, and some chips with cheese.
Bad me. Lol

I knew I was in trouble when my order came to me in less than ten minutes... Scallops were mushy inside the breading ...
, which means they were deep fried, then re-heated when an order came in ... Fries weren't bad, tho ...

We're having apricot glazed mini chicken meatloaf and oven roasted yams/carrots/red onion. Everything is prepped and waiting to be popped in the oven.

It's what we do with what we have on hand.
I've done it a million times.

We don't have contests or vote for the best, most awesome foodie pics here like others do.
We share what we eat or have cooked.
That sets US apart from others.

Lunch today- I undercooked my 2 hard Boiled eggs. My 1st time for soft boiled eggs for maybe 20 years. They were good.
Dinner tonight- Leftover Surprise.

Chicken Cordon Bleu was a "yellow sticker special", I made a quick sauce. Just okay. My tomato with truffle oil and farm fresh spinach with barley were the stars of the dinner.

And I have half left to take for lunch tomorrow.

But now I'm inspired to make my own Chicken Cordon Bleu (I MUST have made it sometime before?)

I'm planning on the linguine.
Not sure if I'll do it Alfredo or simply toss it in butter sauce with chicken and broccoli.

Dinner is a maybe. DD has some chicken cutlets and asked me to do breaded again. Depends on if my arthritis isn’t too bad.
