I've been loving Hot open face Turkey
Sandwich's almost every day.
But today- Oyster Stew & a salad.

Minuit steak sandwiches with peppers, onions, and cheese; with mine on rye bread. Tina's on white bread. My seeded rye was a mistake. Like eating a Peanut butter and ground raw liver sandwich on a stale bagel. Rye bread just doesn't match with taste for any steak that I eat, unless it's liverwurst or pastrami.

I love Prime Rib. I like your Buck
Knife too.
That is a special run with nickel steel bolsters, G-10 scales and BG-42 steel blade. I forgot when or where I got it (eBay?) but one of my trips east i stopped at Buck in Post Falls, Idaho and they had the last one in the show room and bought it. It’s a safe queen.

I dint eat half that prime rib and left it for Matt. He text and said Maddie ate most of it.

Cincinnati Style. Looks great LT.
I used to label this "Cincinnati Chili" , until I learned ...
There is no Chili in Cincinnati Chili ...
A Cincinnati chili gets topped with a sauce made up of cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a variety of Slavic Mediterranean flavors that you could never find in Texas, and the sauce gets cooked down to resemble a bolognese-like paste that has no resemblance to a pure American style chili
