Last night I had a strip loin in the bar. It came with brown sauce
and wasn’t disappointed. The salt on the side I’d not seen before
and was quite good. I had an 8 oz. pour of a Canadian Pinot Noir
which was not photographed.

The veg was golden beets and smashed and sautéed Yukon
gold potatoes Along with the green.
