Tonight was leftover Pad Thai.
I don't know what I'm having for dinner.
It's been a busy day since I got up this morning.
Might just take a trip to the Chinese place and fill my own container to go.

China buffet is closed on Monday's, so I got ready made pepper steak with rice and wings from the store deli.

On our errands today we stopped at Costco. While I was
getting gas she shopped for a few things and surprised me
with ribeyes. I grilled one and froze two.

I just made the steak burgers as you do for meatloaf, then caramelized some onions and added mushrooms, then Knorr beef gravy.
It all turned out fabulous.
I'm sharing a plate with a friend.

Spaghetti and meatballs.
I had to share a meatball with the pugs. Today is their flea and tick tablet day. Arwin gobbles hers down. Strider doesn't and is a huge PITA when it comes to pill giving, think greased wiggling piglet. If we are out and about, I will pick up a plain cheeseburger for them and hide it in a piece for Strider but today was a stay at home day. Found out meatballs work quite well too.

Walnut Creek. I got them at the Amish market.
