Dental appointment, then to the grocery store, then took my walk.
Was going to clean my apartment, but that can wait til I'm off next week.

I'm making a "kit" meal, without the kit. It is Chicken with Honey-Garlic Pan Sauce. It is a favorite here. We'll have a Caesar's salad too...and that IS from a kit.
Today I'll be making pork chops in the oven with Oven Fry coating, mashed potatoes/gravy and corn.

I'll have leftover chops, which will be dinner leftovers tomorrow with a salad.
The mash and gravy is going in the freezer.

Salad-1Fish& Clam strips- Cashew Chicken with rice & Gravy. Coke’Cola.
It is something Fishy here too. Halibut on the panini grill, twice baked from the freezer and asparagus to be oven roasted.
