What are you eating Sunday, 9/21/2025 to Saturday, 9/27/2025?

"Pyttipannu" - Fried sausage and potato pieces

Name "pyttipannu" originally comes from Swedish language from "Pytt i panna" - small pieces on the pot

Ty used a combination of Cattleman's Kansas City and Blue Hog BBQ sauce.
Normally he uses a sauce, the name I cannot recall right now, but he buys it at Jacob's Meats in Defiance.
He uses both 2 meat forks to pull and then a cleaver to chop also.
On a keto bun, with air fried straight cut sweet potato fries and a salad.

Love it.

Did you like the keto bun? What brand? I bought a package and had to toss them - yuck!

We had to go by Costco today. Although we did not find what we wanted, we did find lots of things to want. :ROFLMAO: So, we came home with Swedish Meatballs -- haven't found them at Costco for a while. Additionally, I spotted some peeled/cooked beets, so I grabbed a box of them too. I'll make some Harvard Beets to have with the Swedish Meatballs. Maybe there will be salads too...we shall see.

We went out. Seasons 52 opened a new location near us on Friday, so we tried it. They have a few kinks to work out, but the food was excellent.

Judy had the gnocchi with roasted tomatoes and other vegetables. I had the butterfish in a ponzu sauce. Interesting thing about their menu, nothing is over 595 calories. The menu is seasonal, so it changes frequently. There is nothing loaded with cheese and bacon or deep fried. It’s upscale casual. If you have one near you, I suggest you try it - and I don’t often like chains.

Reminds me of Sweetwater Chophouse in Defiance. Upscale casual.
The only Seasons 52 here is in Cincy.
There is also one in Indy.

I'm probably going to have a Chef Ramsay fish and chips for dinner.
Last few times I loved it.
