What are you eating Sunday, 8/17/2025 to Saturday, 8/23/2025?

I still have Chili I made a couple days ago.
It is making a good Lunch. Topped W/ Raw onions & Peppers, Colby Cheese.

Grilled Italian sausages, grilled homegrown Ichiban eggplant with truffle oil and shredded Italian cheeses, and NYTimes panzanella.

The panzanella had homegrown tomatoes, cucumbers and Italian parsley. My basil is bitter for the third year in a row (hot weather?) so I omitted it.

Loved the dinner!
