I love open face turkey sandwiches like that. I used to get them at the hospital that I worked at when they serve them for lunch lol
Someone stole an olive!Another busy day, so a trip to our freezer was in order. I found a couple of pieces of the Mushroom, Spinach, Pesto lasagna and pulled that out. I've made a couple of salads and I'll make some garlic toast too. That should fill the bill.
I'm going to air fry another pork chop and have some coleslaw on the side.
Monday, I started a pork shoulder roast in the sous vide. It will be ready for tonight's dinner. Not sure what sides I'll make but it will likely include a salad of some sort. Tomorrow, we'll be stuck home (seal coating the driveway), so leftovers are a good possibility!
I'll have popcorn later also , with a movie.

The hot chicken Sandwich was so good last night,

This afternoon Nancy made that bean dish we make for gatherings, etc. I had some cheese and crackers and a bowl of beans for supper.
Well, not my best presentation...
but what it lacked in looks, it made up 10 fold in taste! Good meal...DH went back for seconds and thirds too! 
DH is the same! You can find the white corn in a can and frozen, but the fresh is hard to come by. I grab it when I can find it.I LOVE white corn, but it's so hard to find. All they ever have are bicolor or yellow.
That taco holder looks very familiar!

I've been to two appointments today (busy!), then grocery shopping.

Sharon, I found the Kevin's cilantro lime chicken! I'll make it tomorrow with cauliflower rice too!
