What are you eating Sunday, 6/1/2025 to Saturday, 6/7/2025?

Monday, I started a pork shoulder roast in the sous vide. It will be ready for tonight's dinner. Not sure what sides I'll make but it will likely include a salad of some sort. Tomorrow, we'll be stuck home (seal coating the driveway), so leftovers are a good possibility!

Well, not my best presentation... 🤣 but what it lacked in looks, it made up 10 fold in taste! Good meal...DH went back for seconds and thirds too!
