Klinger was from Toledo. I always remember when they ordered ribs and all the fixings. One of Klinger's relatives or friends shipped them the food. Did that place also really exist?
I don't remember that episode.
I do remember the one where Hawkeye was craving ribs from a place in Chicago.

Today will either be seafood salad,/ or a healthy plate of chicken breast, cauliflower rice, asparagus and garlic mushrooms.

Had homemade pepper steak last night. Flank steak, peppers and onions. Could have used more sauce. With jasmine rice on the side. I used a bag of Success brand rice and did it in the microwave.
Tonight will probably be the rest of the sliced flank steak pan fried. Not sure what else. Maybe eggs or sides. TBD later.

I believe I'm going to FINALLY make the recipe for Boursin chicken tonight.
Sides may be mash and asparagus.

The Boursin chicken is fabulous, but the next time I make it, I'll use less chicken broth. I was hoping the sauce would be a bit thicker, but then .. it's a sauce, not a gravy.
That was leftover chicken Bryan from Carrabba's, which is wood-grilled chicken breast with goat cheese and basil, topped with a sun-dried tomato lemon-butter and white wine sauce. I served it over the leftover fettuccine Alfredo and mixed in some spinach and arugula and extra fresh basil.

I used to love brick cheese….
Saturday night is vegetarian night. Nancy made Manchester Stew in the instapot, Irish soda bread using Bob’s RedMill recipe, and a salad with radish sprouts she sprouts herself. The stew was very good but needed beef.
