I bought two huge pork shoulder steaks, separated them and put one back in the freezer for another time.
The pork steak I did in the oven @ 375 for 40 minutes, took it out and bathed it in a mixture of 1/4c honey, 2 T of low sodium soy sauce and a clove of crushed garlic.
The side is Birds Eye California Power Blend.

We started with a Greek salad then on to the steelhead. Nancy recently got a French fry cutter and tonight was first time using it. The fries were done in the air fryer.It’s a sunny day here so will grill some steelhead. I need to clean the grill of ashes first.
i’m also going to make orange marmalade this afternoon.
We really enjoy those Tyson patties tooChicken patties and Caesar salad.
I really should have those Tyson chicken patties more often - they're delicious!

I was going to have two, but these are thick, delicious and very filling.
