I’m waiting for the market to open. The plan is to make chicken tonight. I’ll decide how to cook it and the sides after I go food shopping.

Mark, I love these wraps!
They did actually puff up when heated in the skillet, and browned a little in spots.
Good flavour too.
I sauteed the shrimp in a little butter and seasoning, added some of the bagged Santa Fe salad mix, sliced green onion, the corn and just a drizzle of the salsa ranch dressing. I had two lol
Definitely be making these again.

Supper was good - the Polish sausage was really mild flavored.

Had another family Sunday dinner. We had Chinese and pizza for whomever wanted that.
My eggplant was great with a brown sauce, and shrimp and scallops.
Dessert was ice cream and cookies. The best part, was the kids were behaved.
Tomorrow will be Uncle day for Tina. Then, we prep for the snow; which is forecast for 3 to 6 inches or more.

I added fried onions, ketchup and pickles. No plctures but was good.

Having fried leftover potatoes and onions in my scrambled eggs for breakfast.
