Mark, I love these wraps!
They did actually puff up when heated in the skillet, and browned a little in spots.
Good flavour too.
I sauteed the shrimp in a little butter and seasoning, added some of the bagged Santa Fe salad mix, sliced green onion, the corn and just a drizzle of the salsa ranch dressing. I had two lol
Definitely be making these again.
Had another family Sunday dinner. We had Chinese and pizza for whomever wanted that.
My eggplant was great with a brown sauce, and shrimp and scallops.
Dessert was ice cream and cookies. The best part, was the kids were behaved.
Tomorrow will be Uncle day for Tina. Then, we prep for the snow; which is forecast for 3 to 6 inches or more.
