a tasty Potato Hamburger cheese casserole.

I got a footlong roast beef sub with everything on it, including peppercorn ranch dressing.
I ate half for lunch, the other half will be dinner.

Double Burger & Mash with Onion Gravy-
Corn & Chilies........
Haven't posted the daily Salad for a long while, so .............
I've been eating it at 8:30 for snack, instead of cookies !

By the way, while out shopping today I found a Porterhouse steak!
That is going to be my dinner tomorrow night.
My cart was a mix of vegetarian and what the heck, I'm buying this.

DD Said totally ad libbed. 5 potatoes, 1 lb Hamburger, half cup of peas, swiss cheese, sharp cheddar, american cheese, and parmesan . Pour milk on top so that the bottom is full of milk. She also threw some in and out special sauce on top of the potatoes (it's kind of like thousand island dressing) cook for 1 hour at 350

Breaded chicken cutlet, Knorr creamy chicken pasta & rice side, and steamed asparagus (topped with butter and Parmigiano Reggiano & pecorino romano cheeses).

I have good rain gear, even have an army poncho, just never think to get them out.
