I'm sorry to disappoint you Lee..... it's from the Safeway meat dept. I got 2 half breasts for less than $10. It's a cheese sauce with diced chilies stuffed inside the chicken breast. So good!
I'm going to be good today and have a baked sweet potato with garlic butter and parmesan cheese.
Also a green salad.

Lee- I absolutly made a Pig of myself last weekend.
I gained 8 pounds. Anyhow I am back to an ok
Weight. I am having left overs from the mad scientist,
Yesterdays Meal.
I made a huge sweet potato with garlic butter and shredded Parm.
The salad is a chopped romaine mix with red bell slices and Wishbone avocado dressing, since I couldn't find Hidden Valley at the store grrrr

Lobster ravioli (from Costco) with homemade Pernod sauce.
The sauce was cream, garlic, olive oil, Pernod, and marinara.
There was way too much sauce (Judy didn't think so)!

Geez! I usually move all the junk out of the way before I take a pic, but I forgot.
Yes, eyedrops. I have a lot of eye problems, including cataracts. I rarely drive anymore. I've been waiting for cataract surgery until my medicare starts in January. The big eye Institute here doesn't accept my BC/BS health plan from my employer. Even if they did, the deductibles would be high. In January, medicare will pay for the whole thing. So for now, lots of soothing eye drops. Sometimes a patch on my left eye. Getting old sucks.

Cute. I have my mom’s milk glass toothpick holder.
I had the Alaska Copper River red salmon and chef fixed us potatoes and zucchini not on the menu.
I have a ready made flatbread street corn pizza.

Very. A nice crisp crust and tender meat plus lower in fat, calories, carbs than the other brand all baked in the oven which works for me!
This pizza is great.

We drove to the commissary for sushi and weren’t impressed. They use a lot of fake crab which we don’t care for.
Next time you can hollow out the bread. The meatballs fit better in the bun too ☺️
